The name of the device in the picture above is "Mt.Fuji submillimeter - wave telescope".
This telescope continues observation at the summit of Mt. Fuji and it was produced by Oshima prototype laboratory.
Its main role is to observe spectral lines emitted by carbon atoms of the galaxy at the summit of Mt. Fuji.
Although this telescope cited a number of major achievements since it began operation in 1998, it was completed in June 2005 in response to the unmanned Mt. Fuji Weather Station.
